The Clarion Collection Hotels Blog

Clarion Collection Hotels are built for the frequent traveller. Those of you who spend many nights away from home, sometimes very far away. The travelling is for your work, not by choice. Some time ago we asked you what was important to you and we listened to what you told us, and we did something about it. This is why you can enjoy being recognised when you come back to us, can take a cup of coffee, a glass of mineral water of a piece of fresh fruit whenever you like, without having to pay any extra. It was also important for you to feel at home, that the evening buffet was free and that your stay at our hotel is as relaxing and comfortable as possible. As much like home as it can possibly be.

There are lots of you travelling and you surely have a lot to talk about. This is why we have appointed a guest ombudsman. His name is Joakim and is one of you who spends many nights in hotels. He has also run a hotel himself and knows that it is usually possible to arrange most of what guests ask for.

Our guest ombudsman Joakim is the one who writes your blog, who takes up issues, brings up subjects for discussion and debate. Who listens to you and speaks on your behalf directly to us who do our very best to ensure that you will be happy with us, and regard us as your friends when you are out travelling on business.

This blog is always open and we look forward to speaking to you. We are excited about our future conversations with you and your conversations with each other.

Your blog will also be monitored. By Joakim and also by the media and the business generally. We know that we are the first ones to set up a blog for our hotel guests and that we are the first hotel chain that dares to accept this challenge and listen to our guests through an open, social medium.

But we also have a responsibility. This is why we retain the right to, totally crassly, censor and remove all forms of discrimination, pornography, racism or anything else that could be experienced as insulting. All with the aim of keeping your blog lively and credible as an opinion channel that will add another dimension to staying at Clarion Collection Hotels.

We would like to know what you have to say irrespective of what it is about. If you would like other people to share your ideas then use the blog. If you would prefer to be anonymous then go directly to our guest ombudsman Joakim at e-mail: joakim@ccblogg.se or phone him on +46 70649 69 39.

Welcome!

The opinions expressed in this blog are not necessarily shared by Clarion Collection Hotels. These opinions are those of our hotel guests and our guest ombudsman Joakim
