För en tid sedan kom det synpunkter och önskemål kring kvällsbuffén på ett hotell i Danmark. Det ledde omedelbart till snabbt agerande. En grupp på hotellet satte genast igång ett utvecklingsarbete som nu har förverkligats. Jag hoppas att nu att flera gäster hör av sig med synpunkter, så att hotellen verkligen kommer upp på tårna och visar vad de verkligen kan. Yesterday Hotel Mayfair launched the new and already highly up scaled Evening Buffet - all include of cause. “In order to keep up with our guest’s need and requirements, we have decided to expand and higher the quality of our Evening buffet”, states Thomas Skov, Manager at Hotel Mayfair.
Now the Evening buffet at Hotel Mayfair stands out with a broader range of exquisite local food products based upon time of year and a much higher variation though the year. In addition to the new standards of the Evening Buffet, from now on there will also be extra service personnel in order to facilitate our guests during the restaurants evening opening hours.
