A forum primarily for guests staying at Clarion Collection Hotels, but also for anyone who spends a lot of nights in hotels, operates hotels, works in hotels or perhaps just has some ideas about what a hotel should provide for those who stay there a lot. The blog is run by Clarion Collection Hotel’s guest ombudsman, Joakim, who is an external ombudsman, totally independent of the hotel chain but possessing many years’ experience as both a guest and a hotel manager.
